How to Adopt a Pet in Hyderabad
Step 1: Browse Adoptable Pets
Visit our adoption gallery below to see dogs and other animals currently available in Hyderabad. Each profile includes personality traits, age, and photos.

Step 2: Fill Out the Adoption Application
Once you find a pet you’d like to adopt, fill out our short application form. We ask questions about your home, lifestyle, and pet experience to ensure a great fit—for both you and the animal.
Step 3: We’ll Review Your Application
Our team will get in touch with you within 2–3 days. If the pet is a good match, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your home environment and expectations.
Step 4: Home Check
A SAFI team member will conduct a quick home check (in person or virtual) to ensure the safety and comfort of the pet.
Step 5: Adoption Day!
Once approved, we’ll coordinate the adoption and guide you through next steps. You’ll also receive your pet’s medical records and post-adoption support.
